PTFE Infused Hard Chrome

Wearalon is Empire’s original proprietary Hard Chrome impregnated with PTFE. This proprietary wear-release treatment process locks in micron-sized PTFE for easiest release, without degrading the base material. It yields dramatically increased wear life and corrosion protection resulting in lower wear-related operational costs.

Wearalon can be used in a wide range of applications and has superior properties to give you longer wear life and corrosion protection.
